Not lookiing for a hand out, just help

Hello. My name is Victoria. I have been a single mother for 12 years now but now I have got with someone that I love very dearly and we want to get married and raise my children together.
He has some major medical problems and all our money is going to them. We have not paid a regular bill in 3 months now and we are living with my sister that is also having money problems.
Is thier anyone out there that can help us get through this? We are going to file bankruptsy as soon as we have enough money so we can start fresh.
We can set up a legal payment plan so you will definitly get your money back.
